What's not included: hardware purchases, major one-time projects (scoped separately at fixed fee), and third-party software licensing costs.

What is your response time?

1–4 hours for standard issues. 15 minutes for critical incidents — server down, ransomware, complete connectivity loss. After-hours emergency response is included for managed clients on Professional and Sentinel tiers.

Do you support Mac and PC environments?

Yes. We fully support hybrid Mac and PC environments using Addigy with Apple Business Manager for Mac MDM and NinjaRMM for Windows. Huntress provides cross-platform endpoint security coverage on both.

What size businesses do you work with?
